Nutrition for Longevity
Our speaker is Courtney Riffe, RD CD CSG. Courtney will talk about the benefits of adequate nutrition and common age-related changes that can impact nutritional status. Courtney will also review dietary recommendations for health maintenance and discuss how we can easily apply these changes at home. You'll have a chance to ask questions, and after her talk, we'll host our usual social-and-refreshment time, featuring healthy snacks.
