This week, we've invited Jennifer Okemah,
Registered Dietician/Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator,
and entertaining speaker to open our Monday Happy Hour event.
"Navigating Your Kitchen with COVID-19"
Questions of when to disinfect, what to disinfect, and cooking and storing food safely
are complicating meal preparation.
Jen will give tips to simplify the process, then we'll open it up for discussion.
